This unit is indoor metal-armored withdrawable switchgear, a complete power distribution unit of 3-10kV three-phase AC 50Hz single-bus segmented system.

It is mainly used in power plants, small and medium-sized generators, industrial and mining enterprises and distribution, as well as the secondary substation of electrical systems, power transmission and large high-voltage motor starting. The implementation of control protection, monitoring purposes. This switchgear meets the requirements of DL/T404-91, IEC298, GB3906 and other standards. It has interlocking functions of preventing closing of the combiner when the grounding switch is in the closed position, preventing accidental entry into the live compartment, and preventing accidental closing of the grounding switch when the grounding switch is charged. Use of environmental conditions

Normal environmental conditions:

◆ 1. Ambient air temperature:-10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃;

◆ 2. Altitude: not more than 1000m;

◆ 3. Relative environmental humidity: daily average is not more than 95%, monthly average is not more than 90%;

◆ 4, the surrounding air should not be corrosive or flammable gas, water vapor and other obvious pollution;

◆ 5. There is no serious pollution and frequent violent vibration, and the severity design meets the requirements of Class 1 under severe conditions.

Special working conditions:

◆ When used under normal environmental conditions exceeding GB3906, the user and the manufacturer shall negotiate.

Main structural features

This switchgear is designed for the armored metal-enclosed switchgear in the GB3906-91. The whole is composed of two parts: a cabinet body and a center-mounted extractable part (I. e. handcart). The cabinet body is divided into four separate compartments. The protection grade of the enclosure is IP4X. When each compartment and the circuit breaker door are opened, the protection grade is IP2X. It has air inlet and outlet lines, cable inlet and outlet lines and other functional schemes, which can become power distribution devices in various schemes after arrangement and combination.

The switch-on equipment can be installed, debugged and maintained from the front, so it can be arranged back-to-back and installed against the wall, which improves the safety and flexibility of the switchgear and reduces the floor area.
