GCK motor control center is mainly composed of some combined motor control units and other functional units. The units are mounted in a closed metal cabinet body in an up-down overlapping manner. Each cabinet is connected together by a horizontal bus bar arranged above the cabinet, and the functional units of the same cabinet are connected in parallel on the vertical bus bar. The cabinet body is divided into four mutually isolated areas: horizontal bus area, vertical bus area, cable area and equipment installation area. The functional units are installed in their respective small rooms. When any functional unit has an accident, it will not affect other units to prevent the accident from expanding. The product complies with JB/T9661-1999 standards. The IP40 protection level specified in IEC114 is adopted. When all doors and guards are closed, or when the door is opened and the functional unit is moved out of the position, the corresponding protection level can be reached, thus ensuring personal safety.

The product is equipped with a reliable grounding system and protection circuit. All functional units can break short-circuit current according to the specified performance requirements. The incoming unit has three-stage protection characteristics. Therefore, the reliability of power supply and the safety of equipment and systems can be ensured.

All functional units can be connected to the PC line board (programmable controller) or microprocessor through the interface device, as the executive unit of the automatic control system, according to user needs, it can also provide other functional units and functional combinations of content. The product is suitable for AC 380V, frequency 50Hz circuit.
