FLK-6XJ-55 type fire electrical control device (fire pump automatic inspection control equipment) is manufactured according to the national standard GB16806-2006 "fire linkage control system". The electrical control circuit is designed with various linkage signals and control functions of modern fire linkage control system, which can meet the low-frequency inspection requirements for fire water pumps. Working principle

◆ 1, fire electrical control device (fire pump automatic inspection control equipment) is mainly used for fire hydrant system, generally using low-frequency inspection.

◆ 2. The system has manual and automatic functions. When it is automatic, the automatic indicator light is on. When the inspection cycle arrives and there is no fire signal, the automatic inspection starts one round of inspection; when it is manual, the manual indicator light is on, and manual inspection can be performed.

◆ 3, the system has a remote control and signal feedback interface, can be connected to the fire center. When the fire center starts the DC24V fire signal, the fire electrical control cabinet will automatically exit the patrol inspection.

◆ 4. The system has the function of phase loss and phase error protection. When the phase loss and phase error signals arrive, the pump will stop the patrol operation and the buzzer will give an alarm.

◆ 5. The system can participate in centralized inspection. The system has reserved wiring terminals for the required signals for the centralized inspection control cabinet (including the signals from the centralized inspection control cabinet and the inspection signals from the centralized inspection control cabinet). Inspection is divided into two parts: manual inspection and automatic inspection. Press the manual inspection start button to start the inspection. Pump 1 starts first, and the inspection time (which can be set by the man-machine interface) stops at the end of pump 1, and then pump 2 starts. Pump 2 stops at the end of the inspection time. The same is true for pump 3, pump 4, pump 5 and pump 6. After one round of inspection, the inspection stops when the inspection stop button is pressed. When the main switch is in the automatic position, the inspection will be started after the inspection cycle (which can be set by the man-machine interface) is reached. The inspection logic is the same as that of the manual inspection, and is not mentioned. Patrol is stopped when the Patrol Stop button is pressed.
